We’re hiring an Assistant Project Manager (or Project Manager, depending on experience) to join a fast-paced, high-performing team known for delivering large-scale, ground-up builds across the five boroughs. With a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, now’s the time to step into a role that will elevate your construction career.

Base Salary: Up to $140,000–$150,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in NYC-based construction, focused on ground-up projects
• Multifamily residential experience preferred, but we’re open to other sectors (commercial, institutional, etc.)
• You’ve worked in an APM or Junior PM role and are ready to grow
• Construction-related degree is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working fully on-site—this is a boots-on-the-ground role, not remote
