 As a Manager on the Pharmacy Growth Strategy Team, you will drive forward high-impact initiatives shaping the future of CVS’s core pharmacy business. Working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to key strategy projects, identify new business opportunities, and support execution from concept to pilot.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sr. Manager to shape strategic direction for the Retail Pharmacy business.
• Conduct market assessments, opportunity sizing, and competitor research.
• Lead strategic analysis and development of executive-level presentation materials.
• Drive special projects and pilots, including internal and external partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy, Healthcare Services, and other enterprise teams.
• A proactive strategic thinker, always looking ahead.
• Highly analytical, with experience solving complex business problems.
• A clear communicator who can build trust across diverse teams.
• Adaptable, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years in management or strategy consulting.
• Background in healthcare services (e.g., pharmacy, hospitals, care delivery).
• Experience in pharmacy business operations or services.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, Finance, or related field).
