Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes with consistent presentation
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with recipes and food safety standards
• Collaborate in creating new menu items and seasonal specials
• Monitor food inventory and coordinate supply orders as needed
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
• Report equipment issues and oversee kitchen maintenance needs
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance procedures
