Experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager Jobs in Patrice and Associates Franchising, Inc Owings Mills, MD

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) expertise, a passion for team development, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.
• Lead, train, and inspire team members—building morale and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Conduct and lead daily shift meetings to ensure communication, efficiency, and performance alignment.
• Ensure all cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are upheld; monitor adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Create and manage weekly team schedules to ensure adequate coverage while controlling labor costs.
• Perform regular line checks to ensure food quality, presentation, recipe compliance, and speed of service.
• Actively source, recruit, and onboard new talent to strengthen the team.
• Work closely with the General Manager on analyzing performance metrics including P&L, inventory, food cost, and labor performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in high-volume restaurants ($2.5M–$3M+ in annual sales).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a high-performing team.
• Full-service restaurant background with hands-on experience in both FOH and BOH operations.
• Scratch kitchen experience required; culinary knowledge is a strong plus.
• Ability to evaluate restaurant performance through audits, line checks, and financial reports.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service and maintaining operational consistency.
