Job Description: We are seeking a Data Scientist to develop and implement data-driven, AI-powered solutions across the organization. In this role, you will apply analytical, statistical, and programming expertise to clean, aggregate, and interpret large datasets—translating complex information into actionable insights. You will leverage machine learning algorithms, generative AI (Gen AI), and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies to drive innovation, inform strategic decisions, and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the process of predictive modeling to identify trends and insights.

Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer an attractive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in the field of Data Science.
• A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Proficiency in the use of Ab Initio, Data Stage, and SAS.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (US Citizen, Green Card, H4).

Skills

• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as ASP .Net, C Sharp, and Android.
• Experience with distributed data/computing tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• Experience using statistical computer languages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
