• Amazon Connect Developer should have experience in Contact Flows , Lambda integrations , telephony routing , call recording workflows , and two-way communication features with CRM systems

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant systems using Amazon Connect.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define system requirements and necessary modifications.
• Use AI and Machine Learning for advanced quality assurance.
• Ensure system updates and upgrades are performed smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.

Salary

The salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $119,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT Software development.
• Experience in Amazon Connect and AWS is a must.
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning for advanced quality assurance is a plus.
