Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with 1–3 years of experience to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data wrangling, along with experience working with large datasets and modern data science tools. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.
Design, develop, and validate machine learning models and statistical algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and visualize data insights using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
Work with large datasets using Python, R, SQL, and big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
Build and deploy data science solutions in collaboration with engineering and DevOps teams.
Communicate complex technical results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Optimize model performance and ensure scalability and robustness in production environments.
Follow data privacy, governance, and ethical AI practices.
Document methodologies, data pipelines, models, and findings in a clear and reproducible format.
