At New American Arms, we’re a family-owned business offering a full range of services—from gunsmithing, machining, and Cerakote to custom firearm builds and professional training. We’re currently seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting firearms, accessories, and services
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system
• Restock and organize merchandise
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom
• Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls as needed
• Assist with additional tasks based on experience and shop needs

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to legally handle firearms (must pass background check)
• Strong knowledge of firearms and industry trends
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
