We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your main duties will include processing customer orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
• Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales
• Prepare food items such as sandwiches, salads, and beverages
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed during food preparation and handling
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
• Rotating weekends

Qualifications:

• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
• Familiarity with POS systems for cash handling
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
