Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Cashier in our Charlotte, NC location. This role requires a commitment to excellent customer service and a passion for the retail industry. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience at our store. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $10-$12 and will require working on the 3rd shift, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
• Manage accounts receivable and financial services.
• Assist in the cooking and stocking of products as required.
• Perform other retail tasks as assigned.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges between $10 to $12 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work in the US (EAD / TN, H4, F1, STEM, OPT, CPT).
• Knowledge of the retail or wholesale trade.
• Ability to work on a 1099-Contract basis.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate cash registers.
• Experience in stocking and retail sales.
• Basic cooking skills.
