Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce features, data management, and user support while contributing to process improvements and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations.
Assist with data imports, data quality, deduplication, and system integrity.
Provide support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training/documentation as needed.
Participate in gathering requirements and implementing small to medium Salesforce enhancements.
Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and recommend best practices for adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
