We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications through thorough testing and defect tracking. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of QA methodologies, hands-on experience with manual testing, and the ability to collaborate in fast-paced environments.

• Analyze business and functional requirements to create test cases and test scenarios.

• Execute manual test cases across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing.

• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.

• Validate data accuracy and user interface functionality.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to resolve issues.

• Document test results and maintain proper QA documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Analyst/Tester.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.

• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
