We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SQL BI Analyst to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, BI tool experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

?? Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for reporting and analytics.

• Build and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Optimize SQL queries and BI solutions for performance and scalability.

• Support ad-hoc data requests and provide actionable business recommendations.

?? Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or SQL Developer.

• Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).

• Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.).

• Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

?? Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).

• Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis.

• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
