Salesforce Implementation Specialist to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce expertise, business process knowledge, and hands-on experience in implementation, customization, and integration.

?? Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.

• Implement Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) as per project requirements.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

• Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solution quality and performance.

• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing post-implementation support.

• Ensure best practices, security, and compliance in all Salesforce configurations.

• Collaborate with developers, admins, and business teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions.

?? Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Specialist/Consultant/Administrator.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL (preferred).

• Experience in data migration and integration using APIs and ETL tools.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Knowledge of third-party Salesforce apps (AppExchange solutions).
