Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively greet customers and offer professional assistance
• Develop lasting customer relationships with courteous, knowledgeable service
• Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and future sales
• Sell tile and related products by understanding customer needs and preferences
• Educate customers on product installation, usage, and care
• Consistently meet and exceed established individual sales goals
• Monitor and track customer orders, providing updates as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
