Cashier Job Description

Cashiers are the heart of Mamoun’s guest experience. From taking orders and answering questions to packaging meals and keeping the space welcoming, you’ll represent our brand and ensure customers leave happy and full.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding, friendly service to every guest
Take customer orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
Package and hand off orders efficiently
Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, and stocked
Follow all FOH procedures and checklists (training provided)
Assist team members and support restaurant flow
Learn and maintain knowledge of the full menu

Job Requirements:

Positive and outgoing attitude
Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs during shifts
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
No experience required — full training provided
