Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team and help prepare delicious meals for our customers
• In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare high-quality dishes that meet the restaurant's standards
• You will be responsible for setting up your station, preparing ingredients, and cooking dishes according to the menu specifications
• Your role is crucial in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during service hours by providing the necessary ingredients for the kitchen staff
• Prepare Ingredients: Wash, peel, chop, dice, and slice various ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses
• Measure Ingredients: Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality and cost control
• Organize and Stock Ingredients: Keep track of inventory and ensure that all necessary ingredients are available and ready for use
• Assist in Cooking: Support the kitchen team by cooking basic components of dishes, such as boiling pasta, grilling chicken, or sautéing vegetables
• Maintain a Clean Workspace: Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and organized, following food safety guidelines
• Follow Food Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures to ensure food is prepared and stored safely
• Collaborate with Kitchen Staff: Work closely with chefs, line cooks, and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation
• Assist in Receiving Deliveries: Help unload and store food deliveries, checking for accuracy and quality
