We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide essential support in a nursing home environment. Duties:

• Monitoring patients to ensure their safety and well-being
• Observing and documenting changes in patients' conditions
• Assisting with medication administration as per care plans
• Preparing nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
• Supporting residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility
• Providing direct support to residents in long-term care settings
• Light Housekeeping
• Must be driving

Experience:

• Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience in patient monitoring or observation within a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred
• Familiarity with vital signs assessment and medication administration protocols
• Knowledge of meal preparation tailored to specific dietary needs
• Experience working with memory care patients is a plus
• Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
