Responsibilities:

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance policies to both new and returning customers.
• Proactively build relationships with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure timely bank deposits with proper documentation.
• Identify the right insurance solutions for each customer through clear communication and active listening.
• Follow up on leads and provide excellent service to retain and grow customer relationships.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferred: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (but not required).
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a desire for career advancement.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
