Factory Financial Office Manager Jobs in McLaren Chicago Chicago, IL

We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Office Manager in downtown Chicago. This is a rare opportunity to join us as a key member of our management team. If you have a strong background in auto dealership management, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a motivated, multi-tasker, and hard-working team member to run our accounting office.

Responsibilities:

• Submit factory financial
• Prepare end-of-the-month reports
• Work with department management to assist in running our business and maximizing profitability
• Reconcile the bank account for the dealership on a daily basic
• Manage daily operations of the accounting office
• Ensure all invoices are paid on time
• Pay tax (Cook County, sales, new car, and tire tax)
• Process payroll

Qualifications:

• Automotive office manager/payroll experience require
• Experience with all the roles in the accounting office
• Familiarity with Microsoft word and excel
• Strong Communication and organizational skills
