We are looking for a driven, food-savvy Sales Representative to join our team and grow our specialty food and beverage presence in a defined territory. From fine cheeses to seasonal EVOOs, you’ll be representing premium products while building relationships with culinary professionals who value quality and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business while nurturing and growing existing accounts within your assigned territory
• Stay ahead of culinary trends to anticipate client needs and recommend top-performing products
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
• Accurately process orders and collaborate with internal teams for seamless fulfillment
• Participate in tastings and training sessions focused on seasonal products such as cheeses, breads, oils, and more
• Oversee product deliveries to your accounts and troubleshoot issues (e.g., out-of-stock, damages, special orders)
• Partner with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to ensure timely client payments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef, Culinary Manager, or in Specialty Food Sales
• Deep knowledge and appreciation of gourmet and specialty food products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
