Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are looking for a full time customer service Rep for our online wines and liquors store in Metuchen from Mon to Fri only. No remote work.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably online or in e-commerce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
