Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule and manage service appointments using dispatch software
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment logs
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to document and manage data
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate service solutions
• Collaborate with technicians to coordinate daily schedules

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service experience (dispatching or HVAC industry experience a plus)
• Strong phone communication and problem-solving skills
