Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and helping design technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.

• Assist in designing workflows, process improvements, and system enhancements.

• Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

• Create use cases, process flows, and data mapping documentation.

• Coordinate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure solutions meet requirements.

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and act as a liaison between users and IT teams.

• Develop and deliver training, system documentation, and user guides.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
