We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and support our Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for user management, system configuration, process automation, and ensuring data accuracy across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Manage user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
Build and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
