We are looking for an employee and a store representative who is comfortable with communicating with and dealing with the general public. Must be responsible, friendly, and professional at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Our company, CellCashr, purchases cell phones, tablets, and laptops for cash on site in our store
• You must have some knowledge on these kind of electronics, and be able to answer questions and explain the device payouts
• You will also be respoisble for taking calls and answering messages for the company
• Greet customers
• Take calls, answer emails and company messages
• Evaluate device condition and function
• Run diagnostic tests via our simple to use testing software
• Use our website to navigate payout offers
• Ensure customer is happy with payouts and they understand what they are selling
• Ring up customers with register
• Scanning items into inventory system
• Packing, cleaning, and shipping of devices
• General upkeep and cleaning of store
• Report to manager any issues, and report status updates throughout day

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience with customer service
• Basic understanding of handheld electronics and their function
• High School degree, some college experience required
• Flexibility with schedule
• Basic math skills, ability to count money
• Basic computer skills, ability to scan inventory and use cash POS system
• Ability to perform in fast paced environment
• Prefers and thrives working alone
