Join our Facilities Team as a Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will directly enhance the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a spotless and well-kept environment across resident rooms and shared spaces
• Execute daily housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and waste disposal
• Respond promptly and courteously to housekeeping requests from staff or residents
• Provide laundry services, including changing bed linens and performing ironing/pressing as needed
• Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene
• Reset and sanitize areas after use, prioritizing safety and cleanliness
• Maintain open and professional communication with staff and residents

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening as per state and company policy
• Demonstrated time management skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
• A positive attitude and a passion for maintaining clean and safe spaces
