As an Associate Sales Representative (ASR) on our Breast Surgery team, you will play a vital role in supporting sales success, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, and helping expand our market presence.
What You Will Do:
Sales Support & Promotion:
- Assist Territory Managers in driving sales growth across our portfolio
- Help develop and execute strategic business plans to meet/exceed quota
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and case coverage in clinical and office settings
- Present Hologic’s unique value proposition to physicians, surgeons, radiologists, and decision-makers
Customer Engagement & Education:
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Educate clinical teams on product use, features, and benefits through in-services and OR coverage
- Participate in educational programs (e.g., Journal Clubs, Residency Programs) to strengthen customer relationships
Territory & Market Management:
- Monitor competitive landscape and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Track sales funnel activity and provide accurate forecasts using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams (Clinical, Service, National Accounts) to ensure superior customer experience
- Professional Development
- Attend corporate trainings, sales meetings, and field development sessions
- Grow product and industry knowledge continuously
- Seek mentorship and coaching to evolve into a fully independent sales role
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred majors: biomedical sciences, business, or marketing)
- 1–2 years of experience in medical sales, B2B sales, or related fields preferred (but not required)
- Experience in capital equipment or medical device sales is a plus
