As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. 
Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services 
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes 
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly 
• Operate the hotel phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate department 
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately 
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred 
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures 
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality 
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems 
• Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment is a plus 
• Familiarity with front desk operations and procedures
