We are seeking an experienced and motivated Produce Manager to lead the produce department. If you have a passion for fresh food, a commitment to quality, and leadership skills that inspire a team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee the day-to-day operations of the produce department

•Ensure quality, freshness, and proper merchandising of fruits and vegetables

•Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving of produce items

•Train, supervise, and schedule produce staff

•Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe department

•Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to meet sales and margin goals

•Foster a positive customer experience through excellent service and produce presentation

•Qualifications:

oPrevious produce department or grocery management experience (2+ years preferred)

oStrong knowledge of seasonal produce, storage, and handling

oAbility to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment

oExcellent organizational and communication skills

oCommitment to delivering outstanding customer service

oFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed

Ready to travel in and outside Dallas

Should have a valid DL.

Must be authorized to work in the US.
