Experienced Accountant Jobs in Genesis Global Group Hamilton Township, NJ

Genesis Global Group (GGG) is a diversified consortium of entities across industries including biotechnology, hospitality, real estate investment and development, manufacturing, and health care. With a presence in multiple domestic and international markets, GGG operates through a centralized corporate accounting department consisting of CPAs, bookkeepers, and legal support, working in tandem with local teams embedded in each subsidiary. Tax compliance is managed through a reputable external firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate invoices for proper documentation and approvals prior to payment
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and store managers to resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements
• Verify and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
• Assist with intercompany reconciliations to maintain accurate records across related entities
• Support the Senior Accountant in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
• Prepare and file 1099 forms in compliance with federal and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting or accounts payable role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
