Chef Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to lead the kitchen each morning—preparing delicious, personalized breakfast plates, afternoon snacks for social hour, and nightly desserts that delight our guests.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare a daily breakfast menu, creating individual plates and accommodating guest dietary needs (gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.)
Create fresh hors d'oeuvres for afternoon social hour
Bake or prepare a rotating selection of nightly desserts
Participate in menu planning and light shopping for ingredients
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and smooth daily prep

What We’re Looking For:

Culinary experience in breakfast, desserts, and small-plate preparation
A warm, guest-focused personality with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong understanding of dietary accommodations and food safety
Must be reliable, organized, and passionate about food and presentation
Available for a full-time morning schedule (6:30 AM to approx. 2 PM)
