Job Overview

We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented QA Automation Tester to join our team at Tekarch technology located in Texas City, TX. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic and progressive work environment, taking part in critical quality assurance activities.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
Work closely with the development team to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Monitor debugging process results.
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $27 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in QA / Testing.
Valid Work Visa, US Citizen, Green Card, EAD / TN, H4, F1, L2, STEM, OPT, CPT.
Experience with automation tools like Selenium and SOAP UI.
Experience with ASP.Net, Web Services, and Java.
Functional and manual testing experience.
W2-Permanent employment status.

Skills

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team.
