Job Summary:

Design, build, and maintain custom applications, features, and integrations on the Salesforce platform. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring peak system performance and usability. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript frameworks. 

• Implement integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, support, marketing) to gather requirements and deliver CRM enhancements. 

• Create and execute test plans, debug code, and ensure proper code coverage and performance. 

• Maintain technical documentation, provide user support, and stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce declarative tools. 

• Strong understanding of data modeling, security models, and DevOps/CI-CD for Salesforce. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Preferred: Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II), experience with integrations (MuleSoft, Boomi).
