Are you a dynamic, outgoing personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent for a role based in Merrillville, IN. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodation. This position is open to various contract types including W2-Permanent, 1099-Contract, Contract to Hire, Part-time, Temporary, Summer, Full Time, and shift types including 3rd Shift, Evening, Weekend, and Night Shift.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and ensuring efficient and friendly check-in and check-out service
- Responsible for all front desk duties specific to department, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Performing administrative tasks such as handling cash, processing payments, and maintaining inventory control.
- Assisting with staffing, providing hospitality, and providing customer assistance.
Salary
The salary for the Front Desk Agent position ranges from $11 to $19 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a valid work visa. While experience in hotel, motel, or restaurant operations is preferred, those with 0-2 years of experience in a similar or relevant field are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment
