Job Description:

• Review submitted timesheets, unapproved PTO pending and PTO cancellations in proprietary Software Time Management system.
• Work closely with HR department to ensure the accuracy of employee benefits and health insurance deductions.
• Interacts with a client, employees as needed. Serve as secondary contact for resolving issues with employees and managers regarding payroll calculations, taxes and payments.
• Maintain near real-time accounting systems current including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
• Perform other duties as needed including but not limited to preparing ad-hoc financial reports and payroll reports.
• Assists in the preparation of the client’s year-end 1099 and W2 submissions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Prepares reconciliations for necessary balance sheet accounts and various other general ledger accounts, as needed and Assists with the month-end and year-end closing process
• Prepares day-to-day and month-end close entries including revenue, payroll, prepaid expenses, unbilled accounts receivable, and accrued liabilities.
• Knowledge Required: MS Software (Excel, Word),
• Knowledge Preferred: ADP, QuickBooks
