·       Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom and direct them to the appropriate sections based on what outfits they are looking for

·       Connect with customers by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and create a tailored offering for what the customer is shopping for

·       Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service

·       Develop an expertise and specialization in the bridal wear category by styling brides, grooms, and the relevant additional parties (parents, siblings, bridal party) for all wedding events

·       Cross-sell products to increase overall sales transaction size

·       Understand and analyze latest fashion trends, including the cut, color, embroideries, and fabric; tailor these latest trends to the customer’s needs

·       Visualize unique concepts beyond sample pieces to create outfit sketches based on the customer’s needs

·       Complete customer bills with accurate customer information and appropriate inventory sales within POS system

·       Spearhead the custom order process within available tools, including inputting new custom orders and coordinating updates on existing orders with the India team

·       ADVANCED: create production sketches for new outfit development and design by leveraging knowledge on the latest fashion trends

·       ADVANCED: Sketch rough and detailed drawings of outfits and write specifications such as color schemes, production, fabric types, and accessory requirements

·       Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

·       Available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and all holidays
