Office Assistant Job Description

We are Hiring – Accounts Office Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Accounts Office Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage invoices
Record journal entries
Maintain and update records using QuickBooks
Assist in payroll processing
Support with taxation and compliance documentation
Perform basic data entry and reconciliation tasks
Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Assist with other general office and accounting duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar software
Good command of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Prior experience in an accounts or admin role is a plus
