.NET Developer Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and other developers to deliver scalable, high-quality applications that support business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and solutions.
Build and customize Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and AppExchange products.
Work with Salesforce Admins to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize and maintain data models, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
Support platform upgrades, release management, and environment management.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Document system design, processes, and provide technical support and training when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and AppExchange apps.
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, record types, page layouts).
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and deployment tools (Ant, Copado, Gearset).
Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
