Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and other developers to deliver scalable, high-quality applications that support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and solutions.

• Build and customize Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and AppExchange products.

• Work with Salesforce Admins to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Optimize and maintain data models, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.

• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.

• Support platform upgrades, release management, and environment management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Document system design, processes, and provide technical support and training when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and AppExchange apps.

• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, record types, page layouts).

• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and deployment tools (Ant, Copado, Gearset).

• Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
