Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be skilled in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools, with a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Assist in developing and maintaining ETL pipelines for structured/unstructured data.

• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and generate insights for strategic decision-making.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst (junior to mid-level).

• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregation, optimization).

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros preferred).

• Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Knowledge of statistics and ability to apply analytical methods.

• Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis and automation.

• Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
