Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be skilled in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools, with a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Assist in developing and maintaining ETL pipelines for structured/unstructured data.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and generate insights for strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations).

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst (junior to mid-level).
Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregation, optimization).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros preferred).
Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Knowledge of statistics and ability to apply analytical methods.
Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis and automation.
Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
