Our greatest asset has been and will continue to be our people. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Project Manager (Pipeline Transmission) based in Houston, TX.
This Centurion Pipeline position within the Engineering Department will support its customers by planning, executing and finalizing projects on time and within budget. The Project Manager ensures that projects are completed within Company guidelines, specifications and ensures all project related documentation is complete and accurate.
Description and Responsibilities:
• Project types include new maintenance capital projects ranging from $50K to over $5 million. Additionally, support on business development projects that could range from $25 million to over $500 million will be required
• Meet the objectives of assigned projects by acquiring resources, facilitating communication and coordinating the efforts of all project team members and stakeholders
• Manage and influence a project team with cross functional, interdepartmental representation (i.e., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Regulatory, Compliance, Records, Right-of-Way, Environmental, Business Development, Legal)
• Build project appropriate teams and manage the dynamics associated with a team comprised of cross functional and cross disciplined resources originating from both internal departments and/or external third party providers.
• Create scopes of work for various project types including pump stations, tank facilities and transmission pipeline, with an emphasis on pipeline.
• Accountable to achieve project schedules, cost objectives and quality control over material installations
• Maintain focus on cost and schedule adherence, management of change, reporting requirements of both current status and future projections.
