The Construction Project Manager is accountable for the progress and successful completion of mutli-family construction sites on time, under budget, and in accordance with project drawings, specifications and other contractual agreements. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate planning and scope development, specification and drawing preparation, equipment and materials planning and procurement, as well as contract preparation and administration. They will be directly responsible for evaluating specifications to plan procedures, starting and completing times, and staffing requirements. Will also manage budget & schedule development, as well as ensuring overall quality and project control.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute pre-job plan
Determine construction techniques to be used to construct the project
Oversee quality control of all construction
Conduct weekly staff meetings and production meetings
Maintain project schedule creating a 2-3 week look ahead
Develop a recovery schedule
Appropriately allocate manpower and resources
Manage all vendors and subcontractors on a daily and weekly basis. Identifying and resolving problems as they arise
Maintain a clean and orderly job site
Track and manage subcontractor project scopes proactively identifying potential issues

Qualifications....Education: Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or other related field preferred......Experience: 5 years’ minimum commercial/multi-family superintendent experience....Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines...Excellent communication and presentation skills....Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities.
