Job Overview

We are looking for a competent and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time, night shift position that requires a valid work visa. The position involves operating the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and performing data entry tasks. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be at the heart of the day-to-day operations, ensuring that our guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay with us.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
• Perform data entry tasks and operations analysis.
• Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.

Salary

The pay range for this position is $16 - $18 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel, motel, or restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to work full time on a night shift.
• Must hold a valid work visa.
