• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately

• Process reservations and cancellations accurately
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
• Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
• Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is advantageous

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $12 to $14 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 0-10 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry.
• Valid work visa.

Skills

• Sales: Ability to upsell hotel services and promote current deals.
• Customer Service: Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
• Cooking: Basic cooking skills are a plus, as you may be required to assist in the kitchen during busy periods.
