Have the opportunity to become an AI expert and learn the data landscape in the Legal department. Lead the creation and management of AI-driven solutions across applications and functions. Define and deliver product roadmaps and timelines. Collaborate with attorneys, business, and operations partners to define problems that can be solved using AI. Help prioritize and rank the solutions, and develop business cases. Perform gap analysis on existing data and identify new data sources. Help develop training, validation, and test data strategies and objectives. Analyze business, operational, end-user and non-functional requirements. Conduct end-to-end process analysis, document data flows, identify pain points and documents data mapping as needed. Partner closely with Data Quality Team and Lead Development engineers in sharing requirements and goals, reviewing stories/story pointing, and throughout the development process.

Job Qualifications:

• Academic or work experience in Legal a plus
• 5 years of relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst experience in an Agile and/or Extreme Programming (XP)
• Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills, including the ability to write concisely and clearly.
• Ability to understand conceptual, logical and physical data models a plus
• Financial services background ideal
