Alamo Home Finance (AHF) is a Texas licensed property tax lender that pays Texas owner's property taxes and secures the county's first lien position on the property for repayment. One of only a few companies in Texas that allows outside participation in loan funding, AHF pays their funding partners from 8% to 10% interest on money for both qualified contributions (IRA/Retirement funds) working with their custodian Equity Trust Company and non qualified contributions.
