Since 1994 Construction Financial Services (CFS) has been serving the needs of individuals and home builders desiring to construct a new home. We specialize in providing interim construction financing. It's who we are and what we do best. We offer construction loans on properties located in Texas, including the following cities and surrounding areas: Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Del Rio, Floresville, Fort Worth, the Hill Country, Houston, Lubbock, San Antonio, The Valley and Waco. CFS is not your typical construction lender. We understand that not everyone is alike and not everyone's needs are the same.
