Established in 2007 Wild Orchid Salon was originally called The Workshop back in 2007 when it opened its doors. After five years at one of Austin's elite downtown salons, Wild Orchid owner and stylist, Danielle, decided the time was right for her to open her own salon. Since taking over Wild Orchid Salon in Downtown Austin in March 2012, the salon was immediately renovated with new reception furniture and comfortable styling chairs. The style is modern and clean yet relaxing with soft calming gray on the walls and accents of purple. Wild Orchid added it's 2nd location in early 2014 with Wild Orchid Salon + Spa located in Bee Cave-Lakeway. Wild Orchid Salon + Spa offers full-service hair care and skin spa services. Keeping true to Austin's love for music, Wild Orchid is outfitted with Bose sound and music from Danielle's favorite playlist providing an ambient vibe.
