Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and polished Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Artesia, CA. As the face of our showroom, you will play a key role in delivering personalized service, building lasting customer relationships, and upholding the brand’s global reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewelry pieces
• Build strong, long-term relationships to develop customer loyalty
• Actively grow a network of new and returning customers
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on latest collections
• Adhere to store presentation standards and ensure visual appeal
• Follow all company policies and uphold the Joyalukkas brand image
• Wear the provided uniform with pride and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• A warm personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Fluency in English (Hindi or regional Indian languages is a plus)
