Chef Job Description

Prepare and handle raw fish
Familiar with rolling and cutting techniques
Proficient sushi knife skills
Knowledge of proper sanitation methods
Must be able to work under pressure and high volume
Previous sushi experience preferred
Global small plates, sushi & craft cocktails, plus DJs spinning nightly, in a hip, cozy setting. Award winning tapas bar in the heart of Plaza-Midwood.

Pay: $25 - $30 / hour
